Founding partner of Iluminet, an information media outlet specializing in lighting in Mexico, Latin America and Spain.
Since 2007, he has covered the most important events and conferences in the lighting industry both in Mexico and internationally, including Lightfair, Seminario IES-Mexico, the Professional Lighting Design ConventionS (PLDC), Light + Building, and others.
He is an avid promoter of lighting culture, and with his partner, Diana Solís created the Iberoamerican Lighting Design Biennial as an initiative that seeks to bring recognition to this region´s lighting designers and their profession.
He has an M.A. in Digital Journalism from the Universidad of Alcalá de Henares, a Lighting Design Post Graduate degree from UPC and a certificate “Design an Light DILUX” from by Philips and the Universidad Iberoamericana.
