The Brazilian Association of Lighting Architecture was founded in 1999, legally constituted in 2001 and, since then, has worked as an independent organization with the aim of promoting knowledge of the universe of architectural lighting in Brazilian society. Its mission is to encourage the growth of lighting culture, committed to the design approach, the appreciation of architectural elements, the needs of the observer/user and the environment.
