Entry Description

The concept was based on ships and sea breeze referring to the history of the main sea ports in china. The hanging kite shapes which also have rope rigging, appear to be floating above the lobby bar.The back wall has random wall lights to dim randomly and softly to look like a sea breeze flowing through the lobby. In the pool has two sets of small underwater uplights, the movement of the water creates ripple patterns on ceiling.Uplight were light blue and dark blue so the ripples colors create a two-tone depth.A feature light box detailed was developed to look like sunlight filtering through a tree canopy at all day dinning. The Chinese restaurant is classic with a clean and modern feel, the lighting was designed to be simple to compliment the interior design.Kids centre is a fun place and the lighting was designed to be comfortable and in balance with the interior design.Guestroom lighting is simple and light is used sparingly. We designed a small decorative box to project pattern on wall and ceiling and the projected pattern was designed to match the entrance wooden screen.
