Entry Description

The permanent laser projection show allowing for personal interaction with visitors was created in the historical and cultural reserve on the island of Khortytsia. Everything was thought out by us, from the main idea to production and custom software development. We combined the powers of water, earth, and air with the help of light, using the light not only for performances but also for broadcasting deep meanings.

The 16-meter mound turned into a screen for the complex 3D mapping, stitched together from images from 9 projectors. Symbols of Ukrainian identity, Cossacks' images, and the nature of the island came to life with the help of laser projection onto the rapids. A powerful laser was created to broadcast symbols directly to the sky without the use of special screens.

3D mapping and lasers are synchronized with music in real-time mode on our server

The installation also fulfills an educational function due to the possibility of interactive interaction. The light QR codes were placed to enable museum visitors to download an application we developed and run a short light show. In parallel, the visitor's smartphone will display historical information about the projected symbol
