The social and cultural meeting place was built in the style of late baroque classicism and first opened in 1909. Between 2017 and 2019 it was completely renovated and historically restored.

The lighting concept allows a contemporary use with a historical appearance. The high quality of the redesigned historical luminaires is consistent in all areas, such as hallway, catering areas and event halls.

The language of form and material is brought back to its origins so the historic atmosphere of the building got strengthened. The applied lighting technology meets today's requirements for flexibility, economy and energy efficiency. The combination of high-quality diffuse, focused and brilliant light creates a user-friendly and atmospheric rooms.

The luminaires are made of brass and lead crystal glass. The glasses are finely frosted and receive depth and brilliance by adding a polished star cut.
The lighting technology is implemented with LED. The detailed control concept using DALI allows different lighting scenarios for a correspondingly diverse range of uses.
