Entry DescriptionA desk lamp intended for use by a team of people working on a joint project that involves observing and manipulating objects on a shared surface.
Designed to reach far and high while sustaining stability and flexibility of lighting angles, it is intended to be not simply a lighting tool but a member of the team, helpful and cooperative, equally accessible to all its peers.
The exposed joints and connections, along with the raw materials, convey the values of authenticity and practicality. Although utilitarian, the lamp is imagined as presentable and decent in character, as shown by the elegant proportions and the clean finish of the metal surfaces.
The lamp lights up automatically when pulled up and shuts down when lowered, creating two distinct sates: working mode and "sleep" mode - simplifying the use, while enriching the object's personality and creating emotional connection with the user.
Sustainability ApproachThe lamp is built from durable, robust materials (iron and aluminum) and uses energy-efficient MR-16 LED light bulb.
