Project Location São Paulo, Brazil
Entry DescriptionThe starting point for the project came from references provided by the architecture and interior design team, where the curved shapes of the walls would be repeated in an element on the ceiling of the living room, as if there were a large gap, a zenithal opening, reflecting sunlight into the apartment.
By using color temperature variations, this lighting varies from 2400K to 4000K, mimicking sunlight and following the circadian cycle.
Lighting with an opening angle of 30° and 50° was used at strategic points in the apartment, but diffuse light was the most used resource, sometimes appearing more subtly in the carpentry or acting as the main light in the coves or indirectly appearing on the wooden ceiling at the entrance to the apartment.
Company DescriptionArchitecture Studio focused on creating lighting design projects with the goal of enhancing and highlighting architecture, its functionality, well-being, and the individuality of spaces through the use of light.
