Entry DescriptionA dream futuristic house is how we try to descibe this house. Every corner, every area, we try to play with emotion of the people. For the external lighting we want to emphasize the architecture of the house by playing with dark, shadow, choose whitch wall to lit and not lit. Garage is one of the most important part because it is the owner's most favourite place. We give a "wow" experience when we enter the garage to make the uplight to lit on by one. Uplight is used to highlight the perimeter of the special car with membrane light above of it. At the swimming pool area, we make two kind of mood, pool mood and relaxed mood. At the relax mood, we make the pool become a reflecting pool and add fiber optic starlight in it to give more resort feeling. The rattan syntetic wall, we try to give different approach, when people see from the street, they can see the pattern of the rattan but when people see from the pool, they can see that this rattan has 2 layer by put the fixture inside it. To fit with the interior ceiling, magnetic track light is used in the living room and dining room. Since the ceiling is not too high, we choose small downlight with high lumen output for general lighting in the bedroom area. Warm white color is used in this house to give elegant and relax feeling.
Sustainability ApproachWe use DALI dimming system with motion sensor in this house. So that owner do not need to push any button when he/ she enter a room. Keypad is still use to change the mood. So when a room is not used it will automatically off to save energy there. In some specific area we try to give owner and the guest another different experience by push the DALi system to the limit with put motion lighting also, so the lamp will turn on one by one. For the special car, we use tunable white membrane lighting, so the color can be adjusted to which car color gonna be put there.
