Entry DescriptionWe designed a fully immersive VR room at Zenyk Art Gallery with 360° projection covering all four walls and the floor, creating a powerful, enveloping visual experience. What makes this space truly unique is the integration of two advanced sensor technologies:
LiDAR, which scans visitors in real time from a diagonal perspective to accurately track spatial positions
ZED Cam, which enables the creation of responsive, generative graphics based on depth and motion data
Thanks to these sensors and our custom-built interactive and generative projections, visitors are not just viewers — they become active participants in a space that responds to their presence and movement, offering a new kind of emotional and sensory experience.
We also added a laser floor projection combined with haze, which gives the impression of tangible light, further enhancing the immersive effect and inviting physical exploration.
Beyond everyday media art experiences, we created an original immersive film with a meditative audio score, guiding visitors on a journey through various elemental and emotional landscapes — from cosmic space to sandy deserts and lush jungles, across vast steppes, the picturesque Carpathians, into the underwater world and the mysterious Arctic.
This room is not just a VR space — it’s a gateway to altered perception, emotion, and sensory discovery.
Sustainability ApproachThe VR room prioritizes sustainability through projection-based visuals instead of physical sets, minimizing material use and allowing for easy content reuse. All equipment — projectors, sensors, lighting — is energy-efficient and integrated into a smart system that adjusts power use in real time.
The space is designed as a long-term, flexible platform: new content can be added without physical reconstruction or waste. The laser floor projection and haze create a tactile effect using only light and air.
We also use locally sourced, modular components whenever possible to reduce transport impact and extend the system’s lifecycle. This ensures a low environmental footprint while delivering a high-impact immersive experience.
