Entry Description

The Office Tower redefines the modern commercial workspace, guided by the "Journey of Light" concept. The project successfully navigates lighting complexities, achieving a striking aesthetic reflecting this concept while meeting technical requirements. The integration of lighting as a design element creates dramatic effects and guides the user experience. The most significant challenge was balancing luxurious aesthetics and practical needs, particularly when using extensive strip lights and backlit features to meet precise LPD criteria with sufficient lux levels. This demanding balance was masterfully addressed in the grand lobby, where the combination of powerful downlights and the triangular backlit ceiling was perfected through multiple mock-ups to achieve ideal brightness, ensuring no dark shadows and adhering to technical requirements. The lift lobbies were designed with an intricate ceiling of intersecting metal beams, reflecting light and shadows like a superimposed light tunnel. This holistic approach includes the rooftop crown, where strategically placed fixtures for easy maintenance and a transparent skylight and dynamic walls interact with natural light, creating a visual spectacle. Throughout the tower, occupant well-being is prioritized with abundant natural light, glare-free adjustable downlights, and concealed linear fixtures to highlight material richness.
Sustainability Approach

The project underscores a strong commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable practices through detailed LUX calculations and the strategic use of daylight sensors. Prioritizing occupant well-being, the building incorporates abundant natural light, glare-free illumination from adjustable downlights, and concealed linear fixtures that enhance material tactility.High-quality, durable materials are seamlessly balanced with a modern design, integrating smart building technologies for enhanced efficiency and comfort.
