Entry DescriptionA unique light installation was unveiled on the “Motherland Monument” in Kyiv, becoming the culmination of the Ukraine International Conference.
We created a visual embodiment of Ukraine’s brand through an artistic expression of the values for which Ukraine stands and which it strives to convey to the world: Freedom. Resilience. Unity. Love. Justice.
It was especially symbolic to bring this to life on Ukraine’s and Europe’s tallest statue — the “Motherland Monument,” one of the most renowned monuments in the world. It is a symbol of resistance, resilience, and the unbreakable spirit of Ukrainians.
This was the first large-scale project of its kind on a monument of such stature, where we combined 3D graphics with a depth effect on the mirrored surface of the statue and laser graphics in the sky above it.
During the show, spectators saw the Tryzub (trident), the map of Ukraine, abstract crystalline forms, while laser graphics emphasized the sacredness and elevation of our values. Each of the five values was accompanied by its own musical composition, created in parallel with the light effects, so that image and emotion became one.
The project proved that Ukraine can create innovative media art on a global scale. Our work demonstrated that Ukrainian artists operate at the level of global standards, combining technology, art, and national symbolism.
