Entry Description

Changle Chengguan Christian Church was designed by INUCE in Germany. Our design scope this time mainly includes the lighting design of important spaces such as the auditorium lobby, lounge, youth hall and temple.
Lighting design takes "the light of reverence" as its core concept, and is committed to creating a gathering space that combines sacredness, solemnity and architectural aesthetics. While meeting the functionality, the lighting strengthens the sacred atmosphere of the space, allowing people who enter the church to feel the power and light of faith.
Use the least amount of light to illuminate the space, meet the needs of space use, integrate the lighting arrangement into the space, and display the visual language of space decoration. The arrangement of ceiling lamps reflects the connotation of the Bible.
In terms of color temperature selection, a dual color temperature light source of 1900K-5300K is used , and it is designed in different scene modes to create a solemn, sacred and warm atmosphere, while also taking safety and practicality into consideration.
The ceiling of the Youth Hall uses circular glass shapes to let in natural light. Around the circular skylight, two circles of hidden anti-glare spotlights with special significance are arranged outwards, with the numbers 27 and 29. The overall composition reflects the sun's radiance and symbolizes "God's holy light."

Sustainability Approach

Lights are placed on the ceiling of the temple. Combined with the shape of the ceiling, spotlights are densely and sparsely arranged radially from the cross to the outside. The brightness is adjusted from the inside to the outside through the DALI dimming system.
In daily worship scenes, use accent lights to highlight the pulpit area and ensure the pastor can be clearly seen. Use sufficient lighting to highlight the importance of the core area of the altar. The lights illuminate the cross, Bible and other items on the altar to create a sacred atmosphere. Appropriate lighting should be used to ensure the brightness of the auditorium, so that believers can read the scriptures and participate in worship clearly, while avoiding affecting the overall lighting atmosphere, which gives people a warm and comfortable feeling and creates a solemn and peaceful atmosphere overall.
