Entry Description

The Lumen Lupa is a modular pole luminaire using highly energy-efficient LED technology to illuminate streets, public areas and large private properties predominantly. The body structure and most mounting parts are made of aluminum by casting or injection molding technology allowing for an easy production and recycling process in the future. The design of the assembly is based on a very compact minimalistic form which respects mostly geometrically clean urban planning and architecture. The intersection of the block and cylinder is intended to respect this symbiosis with public space and comes with a timeless and non-invasive element as a part of it. Another benefit of the luminaire‘s lower dimension and durable construction is increased resistance to extreme weather conditions and vandalism. A great advantage is the No-Tool Access to the two main rooms of the lighting section for quick and trouble-free servicing of the main electrical components and LED modules. The luminaire has a modular fixing system that allows installation on a circular column (60 to 90 mm diameter), square column (100 mm) or wall in any range at the recommended height of 2000 to 6000 mm. The product is waterproof, dustproof and saving energy. The dimensions: 538 mm x 260 mm x 98 mm. Light includes UV coating, wireless control, autonomous light intensity, humidity and motion sensors, blue light regulation.
Sustainability Approach

The body structure and most mounting parts are made of aluminum by casting or injection molding technology allowing for an easy production and recycling process in the future. The product is saving energy and well cooling the LED panels against overheating inside. The significant benefit is autonomous light intensity management during sunset, humidity and motion sensors, chromatic color setup and blue light regulation respecting contemporary healthcare requirements.
