Entry Description

A plethora of lights, sounds, & special effects have illuminated forests across four continents in the last three years. From Cheshire (UK) to Washington & New York, then onto Texas, Singapore, & Melbourne, Harry Potter fans have ventured into their own Forbidden Forests.

For the "Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience," the woodlands underwent a magical transformation into immersive night time trails. These trails were teeming with magical creatures & enchanting wonders from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ & Fantastic Beasts™.

The experience was meticulously brought to life by award-winning theatrical designers & creators. Utilising over 20 types of fixtures, a carefully tailored lighting package & some unique immersive technical magic the Lighting Designers successfully materialised their vision, creating illuminated scenes from the Wizarding World.

In a celebration of some of the most iconic forest scenes from the beloved film series, the night time experience allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the Wizarding World. As they follow a trail through a marvellously lit woodland, guests can bow to a Hippogriff, catch glimpses of mysterious unicorns, engage in wand battles, & more.

Produced by Warner Bros Discovery, Unify, Thinkwell, & Fever, the Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience unfolded across 4 continents. Wands at the ready, magic awaits!
Sustainability Approach

We've embraced some more eco-friendly practices, notably incorporating LED fixtures to optimise energy use and reduce waste from broken lamps in generic fixtures. Non-owned kits are hired, which are maintained extending their life spans. Our owned kits undergo post-run maintenance for prolonged functionality across all sites.
Our sustainable approach extends to generators, with batteries storing excess power, seamlessly reintegrating it during peak demand. This efficient energy storage not only optimises operations but also reflects our commitment to minimising environmental impact.
Challenges in the outdoor show setting led to a digital transition for plans and updates across teams, enhancing efficiency.
Collectively, these measures not only promote a healthier planet but also exemplify sustainable business practices, emphasising environmental responsibility as fundamental to our ethos.
