Entry DescriptionLe Dix offers an unforgettable sensory journey and invites guests to explore ultra-innovative techniques. Simply stepping through its doors is to engage with the codes of contemporary luxury—discreet, understated beauty that conceals cutting-edge technology, perfectly aligned with the expertise of Groupe Hervé. Luxury at Le Dix is defined by the soft, natural materials, curved lines, and copper accents that inspire the architects, Bismut & Bismut.
For this unique lighting project we imagined that the residents could effortlessly make Le Dix their own, in harmony with their lifestyle and aspirations. From one room to the next, the lighting intuitively follows every movement, perfectly attuned to the natural flow of the space.
Outside, the building’s volumetry interacts with the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower, paying homage to its historical illumination. A delicate neon light traces the tower’s elegant, heritage-inspired shape. In addition, a subtle halo of light magically appears, highlighting the architectural details and moldings, thanks to a custom gobo designed specifically for the site.
Le Dix is not just a place to visit—it is a place to live.
Sustainability ApproachThe lighting design at Le Dix incorporates eco-friendly principles by utilizing adaptive, energy-efficient technologies. Motion-sensitive lighting reduces unnecessary energy consumption, adjusting seamlessly to the presence and movements of residents.
Moreover, this approach raises awareness among users about the importance of energy impact and encourages them to adopt more responsible behaviors in a constantly evolving smart building environment.
By integrating sustainable materials and technology, the project not only optimizes energy efficiency but also supports green building practices, reducing the environmental footprint while maintaining aesthetic and functional excellence.
