Entry DescriptionThe lighting design of this sales office cleverly merges traditional and modern elements, highlighting the unique charm of Haipai culture. The curved arch shape is revitalized through modern lighting technology, preserving the richness of traditional culture while showcasing the lightness of contemporary design.
The design combines delicate decorations with modern elements, and the clever use of recessed lighting makes the columns appear more three-dimensional and vibrant, emphasizing their structural beauty and reflecting Haipai culture’s emphasis on space. The ceiling design incorporates multi-space shapes and embedded tracks, allowing for flexible adjustments of lighting fixtures to create diverse lighting scenes that meet various needs.
Through the skillful use of light and shadow contrasts, the design enriches spatial layers, enhancing depth and dynamism. Overall, the design is elegant, comfortable, and filled with artistic ambiance, ensuring that visitors will have a lasting impression and experience the unique charm and cultural richness of high-end residential living.
Sustainability ApproachIn this sales office project, we emphasize sustainable lighting design through various innovative methods to reduce energy consumption. We choose energy-efficient LED systems that lower electricity demand, significantly cutting costs and CO2 emissions. Smart lighting controls adjust brightness automatically based on space usage and natural light, optimizing energy use throughout the day. Zoned lighting design allows independent control of different areas, minimizing unnecessary waste. We focus on contrasts in light and dark, using large windows to maximize natural light and creating a cozy atmosphere at night with thoughtful fixture placement. Finally, we prioritize durable, recyclable materials to reduce resource consumption and maintenance. These measures provide visitors with an efficient, comfortable experience while promotinge project's green development.
