Entry Description

ShumYip Taifu KeChuang Marketing Center is based on the concept of the interior design “The VeiL- City Lounge” of the architecture, and the unique spatial form designed with lighting effects serves as the architectural lighting expression for the marketing center. As a real estate marketing center, the lighting not only showcases the architectural uniqueness but also emphasizes the brand tone of the property itself, conveying the architect's intention to create a design concept of contrast and harmonious integration.
At the urban scale, the marketing center has a modest architectural volume, spanning three floors in height. The interior design features a three-story high Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) facade that shapes the building's image. Through the sleek glass curtain walls, the marketing center is easily recognizable.
The lighting delineating the GRG-shaped forms creates a vibrant stage-like space visible from the street. Like unveiling a delicate veil, it stands as a charming structure in its environment. The shifting light scenes add mystery and allure to the indoor space.
Sustainability Approach

Using flexible LED light strips, the lighting follows the irregular contours of the GRG walls, concealed within grooves while enhancing the elegant curved surfaces of the walls, softening the perception of space and emphasizing its fluidity.
RGBW track spotlights highlight the protruding surfaces of the GRG material walls, offering various lighting scenes to meet the spatial needs of the marketing center. Warm-colored light scenes are chosen for daily use, while colorful lighting scenes are selected for weekends and holidays, catering to cheerful and relaxed atmospheres.

The lighting effectively showcases the smooth and fluid wall facades, continuing the exploration of space under natural daylight, and fully displaying the architectural charm.
