From black and white silent films, to laser screens, to 4D experiences, lighting has played an indispensable role in the development of movies. In this renovation of Shanghai Cinemas, from the unique cinema halls inside to the stylish exterior facades, the lights are the icing on the cake for the brand-new cinema, and they also create an elegant and atmospheric nighttime image of the cinema. .
During the renovation process, the lighting design was based on the principle of respecting the historical architectural style while also leading the light and shadow trend in film art. It presents a complex space with elegant and fashionable shape, diverse artistic atmosphere and rich functions, which is an indispensable factor for Shanghai Cinema to complete its perfect transformation.
