Entry Description

Lighting for a totally new area was designed to be, at one hand, technically and aesthetically modern, and at the other, to fit conservative desires of developers and city government and to make the most of time-tested lighting solutions. Pole-top LED lights along the Metalistov street (iGuzzini Twilight) provide comfortable, uniform and glare-free light.Places worth special attention are, at first, the low wooden riverfront with huge red-orange lampshades, then overpass / observation deck along the river, with LED-strip recessed in the handrails, and finally the lock on the river with double Artemide Piroscafo on the quay and RGB- floodlighting along the walls to illuminate the water surface in winter, when it becomes a rink.
In the project we used the equipment: iGuzzini, Platek, Artemide, SLV, LineaLight, Arlight.
Architecture: Wowhaus (Oleg Shapiro, Mikhail Kozlov, Maria Khokhlova, Anastasia Izmakova, Svetlana Salusheva, Jan Friz)
