Entry Description

The lighting design accompanies of the The Morelense Museum of Contemporary Art Juan Soriano building's geometry. Indirect lighting in the exhibition rooms is key to the surrounding light of the space in contrast to the accents that highlight the pieces. A complex lighting design that shows in very high levels of walls of 10 meters tall, a continuous an even illumination incorporating the relation between space, architecture and light.
The best lighting control technology provides versatility to the exbitions halls; each luminaire can be individually programmed and manipulated, in addition to having a precise solar control with characteristics specials that blur and open sunlight and eliminate the impact of infrared and utraviolet rays.
The lighting design of the garden was fundamental. Through the use of subtle blue and yellow tones, the scale of the vegetation immersed in the black context that surrounds it is emphasized. The sculptures appear illuminated as accents on the route.
