Entry DescriptionClarence is a contemporary casual style French restaurant produced by a renowned Michelin Star Chef Olivier Elzer. The restaurant has astonishing view of Central Hong Kong with 6,000sq ft of space, which spans across the entire 25th floor. Four dining areas include the Raw & Wine Bar, a private black wine cellar ‘Sommelier Room’, Main Dining Room, and The Lounge which has been designed as a relaxing spot overlooking the city. A brand-new concept by the chef is a creative fusion of traditional French dishes with Asian twist. Step out of the lift, you’re welcomed into spacious “Main Dining Room” with plenty of fresh daylight with natural tone of wood while Sommelier Room is hidden besides, signified with vaulted brick wall and huge black marble table. The Lounge and Raw & Win Bar is designed to mimic a classic sushi bar experience. Light plays one of key roles in comfortably linking diversified interior space with good mixture of natural light at the different time of the day.
