Entry Description
The reimagined lobby of this LEED office building creates a space of grandeur and warmth.

A three-story monumental glass wall reveals a series of vertical tilted panels. Paper-thin LED fixtures mounted at the panel edge illuminate both the cove interior and the adjacent panel. This vertical cove detail continues, forming the lobby ceiling, unifying the composition, and providing ambient light.

The staggered panel motif of the rear-illuminated blue glass reception desk echoes the design of the ceiling panels. Glowing white glass forms a backdrop to the desk.

A perimeter cove softly illuminates the wood wall, while accent lights highlight the artwork. The warm surface leads the visitors to the elevator lobby.

The wood-clad elevator lobby, lit with square aperture wall washers, provides a distinct contrast to the white surfaces of the main lobby and the sparkle of the walls surrounding it.

Light-refracting resin panels are edge-lit to create a glittering perimeter wall wrapping around the lobby. The ceiling repeats the edge-lit tilted panel motif.

The lighting reveals the tilted forms, highlights the variety of materials, and welcomes and directs visitors through the lobby.
