Entry Description

We live in a dynamic time. Impressions of varying intensity characterize our everyday life. The dive bar appears as an anchor in urban space. The visitor is to be torn from everyday life.

The interior design is based on urban areas of tension. She plays with urban context and dirty fantasies. Produces references to unconventional spaces and reinterprets them. The surfaces are intentionally kept dark. Lighting design is uncompromising in these interpretations and plays with contrasts. Illuminated is strictly necessary. Shadows are generated and skillfully used as a design element.

As a tool, the full spectrum luminaire is used. LED technology does not meet the requirements of brilliance and color rendering of the client in many areas. It is illuminated with halogen full spectrum bulbs.
