Entry Description

This restaurant was designed for the Millesime GNP 2018 event which took place on November 21,22 and 23, 2018.
For this event, MOLE (one of the most famous dishes in Mexico) was designed since mole tastes like mole and not the sum of all its ingredients; thus this restaurant arises from a combination of different elements that when mixed and reunited in a space lose their original essence and acquire a new one alltogether.The intension of the lighting was to accentuate the fusion of elements and materials but at the same time highlight each one and generate a space perfectly lit and decorated to enjoy all the senses with food.The main idea of the lighting design was to generate a mystical atmosphere to move from an earthly space to an eternal space It was sought to make on the two opposite sides of the space some lattices for these to be our large light screens emitting a nuanced and warm light to the space also emphasizing the constructive materials and fusing them through the light
