The Luxxbox Ac-lipse acoustic light is a striking, noise-absorbing luminaire that reduces reverberations in open-place spaces. Distracting noise is the leading cause of stress, fatigue and poor productivity in open offices. Designed to element noise whilst contributing functional illumination to work surfaces, Ac-lipse is more efficient and economical than traditional acoustic solutions such as drapes or ceiling tiles. The 12mm acoustic panel has a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of 0.75, absorbing as much as 75% of reverberated sound. Available in 19 colors, the acoustic material in Ac-lipse is manufactured from 65% recycled material and is fully recyclable. The light-weight aluminium frame is also fully customisable and available in many different colours and anodized finishes. Featuring two suspension points, Ac-lipse can pivot 360º on these 2 axes, offering multi-directional light output. Single fixtures can be suspended over conference tables or desks, or clustered together to create a statement installation.
