Sustainability Approach

Nautica Wave Light is designed us ing 5mm stained
plywood — a natural, renewable, and recyclable
material that fits the ocean- inspired hotel concept.
The plywood is laser -cut for precise shapes with
minimal material waste. The modular design allows for easy disassembly, repair, and resizing — without glue or screws —
using a simple slot -and- tab system. This supports
circular economy principles by reducing waste and
extending the product’s lifespan. The material s can
be locally sourced, reducing transportation impact,
and after use, the parts can be recycled or reused
for future products.
