Entry Description

CCFED SCI-TECH INNOVATION BUILDING, located in the core area of the eastern part of Guangzhou's Financial City, stands as a super-Grade A office building that integrates green low-carbon and intelligent construction. Its lighting design is committed to becoming a global benchmark for ultra-high-rise lighting design project.
The lighting design, grounded in a low-carbon philosophy, draws inspiration from the architectural form of "rising step by step, soaring towards the sky," capturing the corporate spirit of ambition and upward growth. The lighting on the tower crown, tower body and podium creates clear brightness gradient with ethereal rhythms. Lighting seamlessly connecting the interior and exterior. This interplay of light and shadow achieves a harmonious unity between the building, the site and the city, crafting a visual feast which combines corporate culture with low-carbon principles.
The facade lighting, with its meticulously designed "dual anti-glare" system, allows light to flow like a delicate veil, effectively minimizing glare and preserving visual comfort both indoors and outdoors. Light and architecture harmoniously coexist at the same time. Additionally, relying on intelligent pedestrian flow detection and lighting control, the lighting modes are precisely adjusted during nighttime to meet the needs of each moment.
Sustainability Approach

1. Use of High-Efficient and Energy Saving LED Fixtures: By selecting light fixtures with high luminous efficacy and low energy consumption, electricity usage and carbon emissions can be reduced at the source.
2. Dual Anti-Glare lighting system: The façade curtain wall system ensures precise lighting control. Additionally, the lighting fixtures are equipped with customized anti-glare grid made of polymer materials, which can effectively protect pedestrians from direct glare .
3. Intelligent Lighting control: Via real-time monitoring of the pedestrian flow data around the building and dynamically controlling the brightness of the facade lighting, a green and low-carbon lighting system can be achieved.
4. Optimized Lighting Circuit Design: By strategically planning the circuit paths and wiring methods, transmission losses are effectively reduced, energy utilization is improved efficiently.
