INSPIRED BY SUN AND MOON.

The planet’s two natural light sources, the sun and the moon, are guiding us through space and time. As daily life very often doesn’t match the natural sunrise and sunset, this concept has been translated into a luminaire.


BALANCING LIGHT AND DARKNESS.

This lamp is designed for the very intimate moment when we retreat to relax and rejuvenate. The larger half-sphere will raise in light intensity, just like the sun. It assists our body to feel alive by eliciting neurohormonal changes typical for waking up. The smaller module with its soft, reflected light prompts us to take a break. It reminds us of the moon that we can gaze at without being blinded, slowly taking us into a dreamscape.


CREATING ONE’S OWN LIGHTING UNIVERSE.

Henyx invites us to follow light rituals. It assists us to live comfortably in harmony with light and darkness. By way of a mobile app, an individual set-up can be created to vary light intensity and to connect to an alarm clock.
