Entry Description

The design takes Shanghai Xujiahui Park as a demonstration site to explore the synergistic application of light pollution prevention and control and healthy lighting to improve the night-time light environment and reduce the impact of light pollution on residents' health. Aiming at the existing light pollution problems in the park, we realized a technological breakthrough by renovating and upgrading the intelligent trail light system: designing and producing environmentally friendly lamps, healing light pollution prevention intelligent trail lights and seasonal healing color fog intelligent music immersive garden lights. At the same time, the new system adopts dynamic color temperature and brightness adjustment technology, which realizes adaptive lighting regulation and control of pedestrian flow and environment through intelligent sensing function and intelligent lighting monitoring platform, thus improving lighting uniformity and visual comfort.
Sustainability Approach

This design verifies the synergistic effect of healthy lighting and light pollution control, with a 50% reduction in power and a twofold increase in illuminance after the retrofit. What's more, the rhythmic lighting of light pollution prevention is made through intelligent regulation based on deep learning, which provides human factors health and ecological protection lighting for urban parks. The research results also have demonstrative significance for the construction of healthy cities, and the cross-discipline collaboration model provides practical reference for the promotion of intelligent lighting technology and sustainable development.
