Entry DescriptionGushi Village is located on the southeast coast of China and has the history of more than 300 years. It is a cluster of stone villages leaning on the mountains and sea. It has gray and white stone walls, plaster joints, and green tile roofs. The texture is rough but rich in color.
Gushi Village has blue sea, fresh air, beautiful and charming coastal scenery, unique coastal trails and viewing platforms. It is gradually being built into a comprehensive cultural tourism resort integrating stone house settlements (nearly 90), B&Bs, cultural and creative industries, leisure agriculture.
As the sun sets, the last ray of light on sea level disappears into vast darkness. What should the nightscape of Gushi Village look like?
The historical and cultural landscape here is displayed through lights, evoking the historical memory of tourists. Control the brightness and density of light to allow the protection of the natural environment and the development of humanistic lighting environment to coexist harmoniously.
The nightscape lighting are designed in different zones. The warm shimmer lights up the edges of the village and the fireworks of the ancient houses. The cold light cuts across the steep and lonely cliffs and rocks, making you feel the depth and vastness of sea. The swaying fluorescent lights and starlight complement each other, making you feel like in the fairy tale world.
Sustainability ApproachA "Dark Night Control Area" is specially set up to eliminate unnecessary lighting and avoid light pollution. In addition to basic lighting, try to weaken the impact of light on the environment. Lighting will only serve as a foil and auxiliary to the natural environment, rather than taking over the spotlight.
Control the brightness and density of light, make the light softer, avoid glare, and create the beautiful but not bright lighting environment. It not only creates a simple and quiet original ecological atmosphere, but also keeps away from the noise of modern cities and develops the modern tourism and vacation economy.
All use low-power energy-saving LED lamps, and the color temperature is controlled within the warm light range of 2700-3000K, effectively reducing visual fatigue. When installing lamps, protect the natural environment and cultural buildings to the greatest extent.
