Entry DescriptionSituated along the 2.5-kilometer stretch from Jinqiao Avenue to Shaoqi Highway, this project focuses on landscape lighting design for both sides of the roadway. The design adopts a spatial framework of "One Corridor, Two Parks, Three Landmarks," integrating the cultural essence of the region’s water-town heritage. A base color temperature of 2200K–3000K is employed, complemented by subtle chromatic accents at key nodes to authentically restore the natural landscape. Guided by the philosophy of "Creating Surprises with Light, Conveying Warmth through Light, Unleashing Freedom via Light," the design aims to craft an artistic narrative of "Enchanting Lightscapes, Timeless Vistas," enriching the city’s nocturnal charm.As a key component of the Hangzhou Asian Games Rock Climbing Venue, this project elevates the venue’s international image through premium lighting. It showcases Shaoxing’s cultural identity and modernization while enhancing nighttime economic vitality by extending commercial and cultural tourism activities. The intelligent lighting system reduces light pollution and energy consumption, aligning with the Green Asian Games philosophy. By merging lighting artistry with smart technology, the project leaves a lasting legacy for both the Asian Games and future urban development, redefining the city’s nocturnal landscape.
Sustainability Approach1: Formulate reasonable energy consumption indicators and improve energy utilization.
2: Give priority to the use of energy-saving, high-efficiency and environmentally friendly lighting equipment recommended by the state and industry, such as the selection of high-efficiency LED energy-saving lamps, energy-saving equipment with frequency conversion technology, etc.
3: Make full use of renewable energy such as solar and wind energy according to local climate and natural resource conditions.
