Entry DescriptionSomething for every taste!
Who doesn't know the Ritter Sport chocolate brand with its square packaging and iconic colors for every flavor? This bold and powerful appearance also manifests itself in our new working environment for the Waldenbuch-based family business, for which we have transferred the famous color blocking into the space.
Smart simplicity - experiencing the brand in light-filled spaces
The authenticity of Ritter Sport and the typical passion for making really good chocolate can be felt throughout - the identity of the brand has been consistently transferred into the space. Thanks to our holistic design, the new working environment not only enables collegial cooperation, but also active participation in all development processes and thus a strong identification with the company.
The result is an inspiring and motivating working environment that promotes innovation and communication, agility and diversity at all levels, not least through the medium of light. In addition to the workstations, we have created a wide range of meeting and retreat options for 130 employees, providing space for communication, collaboration, concentration, creativity and contemplation.
Sustainability ApproachThe lighting has set itself the task of atmospherically highlighting the dynamism and freshness that can be
felt in the rooms. Large conferences as well as small events can take place under a luminous ceiling whose
shape is reminiscent of the typical Ritter Sport panels. Glare-free downlights in the open grid ceilings create
a pleasant ambient lighting scenario. Decorative lighting elements create a homely atmosphere.
Various lighting scenarios can be called up in all rooms. The co-working areas are divided into sections and
are switched on and o? using motion detectors combined with a timer. The workstations are equipped with
free-standing luminaires and communicate with each other via daylight and motion sensors using a swarm
control system. Only LED luminaires are used in the project.
