Entry DescriptionThe renovation of the Village Supper Club preserves its rich lakeside heritage while introducing a refined modern elegance. Nestled along the shores of Delavan Lake, the restaurant’s soaring A-frame structure creates a dramatic yet welcoming interior, with panoramic water views framed by an expansive glass façade. Designed to feel both nostalgic and contemporary, the space invites guests to gather, unwind, and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
Lighting plays a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s inviting ambiance. A warm, layered lighting palette enhances the depth and texture of natural materials, while indirect illumination accentuates the height of the A-frame ceiling without overpowering the space. Subtle, strategically placed fixtures highlight architectural details, balancing functionality with a soft, atmospheric glow.
The outdoor deck and pathways are gently lit to extend the dining experience beyond the restaurant’s walls, seamlessly connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape. Carefully integrated lighting along the dock welcomes boaters in the evening, preserving the tranquility of the waterfront while reinforcing the Village Supper Club’s signature warmth and hospitality. The result is a lighting design that harmonizes past and present, creating a timeless setting where guests can gather, celebrate, and enjoy the beauty of lakeside dining.
