Entry DescriptionOn Millionaires’ Row in Miami, the renovated Nolan House blends historic elegance with modern luxury. Once a neglected landmark, it’s now a high-tech sales center for an ultra-luxury condo tower. Lighting plays a central role in crafting an immersive, theatrical, and residential experience. Guests are welcomed by in-grade fixtures highlighting limestone-bamboo walls, leading to the Florida Room’s intimate ambiance with floor lamps and minimal downlighting. A neighborhood model display uses pinpoint accent lighting to focus attention while minimizing glare. A glowing staircase leads to the model unit, where an LED wall shifts from day to night, synced with preset lighting scenes. Millwork-integrated lighting and concealed luminaires enhance comfort and depth. Ultra-shallow housings and remote drivers preserve the historic structure, while tablet-controlled presets orchestrate lighting, audio, and drapery. The Nolan House transforms a sales tour into a journey of aspiration, blending history, technology, and atmosphere.
