Entry Description

CHOIR is a compact, cordless lighting solution that fuses sculptural elegance with advanced tuneable LED technology and smart, wireless control. Engineered for versatility, it offers refined dimming and modular components designed to seamlessly integrate into contemporary architectural settings. Powered by CASAMBI Bluetooth, CHOIR enables users to tailor white light precisely, from a warm 1800K candlelight glow to a bright 3500K, operated via both wireless controls and a tactile step dimmer. Its long-lasting battery supports up to 12 hours on high (200lm) and 48 hours on low, with rapid USB-C charging and optional multi-unit charging plate for convenience. Designed with both portability and precision in mind, CHOIR features a concealed mounting thread and an IP rating suited for indoor and outdoor environments. Casambi’s mesh network facilitates grouped controls and scene management across expansive spaces. The hand-blown glass shade retains subtle, natural irregularities, resting on a machined metal base that balances form with technical function. By resolving lighting inefficiencies common in hospitality and commercial spaces, where ambience often competes with utility, CHOIR delivers a distinctive, elegant, and technically advanced lighting experience.
Sustainability Approach

CHOIR is designed for longevity and circularity. Each fitting is made from materials that can be responsibly deconstructed, and its modular architecture separates LED, Casambi chip, and main board so components can be replaced or upgraded. This reduces electronic waste and extends product life. Smart control enhances energy efficiency and operational sustainability by removing the need for manual dimming. In one hospitality project, 4,000 manually dimmed lamps required costly individual adjustment. With Casambi integration, the same task took seconds, saving hundreds of hours annually. Sustainability is embedded not only in material choices but in systems that respect time, resources, and the environments they inhabit.
