Entry DescriptionManta is a table lamp inspired by marine life, designed to evoke a sense of fluidity and serenity. The design incorporates various elements that interact in perfect harmony, resulting in a balanced and cohesive composition. Its organic shapes and curves allude to the majestic giant manta ray, establishing a deep connection with nature. Also, it features a circular rotation mechanism that provides a sense of peace and fluid movement, reminiscent of gentle aquatic currents. The component of this lamp allows for the creation of complex curves and surfaces that reflect natural beauty. Manta not only illuminates the space but also fosters contemplation and connection with the marine world, transforming any environment into a haven of tranquility.
Sustainability ApproachManta embodies a commitment to sustainability through its design and material choices. Constructed from PLA filament, a biodegradable material derived from renewable resources, this lamp contributes to a circular economy by minimizing environmental impact. The use of LED lights not only enhances energy efficiency but also reduces waste, as they have a longer lifespan compared to traditional bulbs. Manta's design encourages the principles of recycling and repurposing, allowing for future iterations and adaptations. By prioritizing these sustainable practices, Manta aligns with a broader vision of ecological responsibility, inviting users to engage with their environment in a more thoughtful and sustainable manner.
