Entry Description

NEKO is a standing table lamp, intended for use mainly on working desks.
NEKO was specially designed to satisfy important needs in the user’s work environment,it offers different advantages and working modes that provide a comfortable and simple relationship with the lamp.
Ease of use - by a natural and simple sliding movement of NEKO’s head
the user can focus the light at the desired distance and direction,
thanks to a three-axis mechanism, without the need for clamping locking.
All you have to do is choose a point in the work space where the light beam fits, and with the right or left hand position the head, and NEKO will hold it steady.
Comfort and safety
thanks to a particularly stable base
and a smart structure
NEKO can be placed in any remote corner
of the table saving space on the work area.
The long lighting arm is always able to cover a large area of the table.
The smart system takes inspiration from the pully mechanism
and together with a transmission belt and linear bearings
enables a smooth and precise movement of axes
in the work space.
During NEKO designing process I have tried my best to combine the mechanism movment precision with quality materials
to provide lighting efficiency and simplicity of use.
