The integration of lighting and technology reinforces the brand’s values of sustainability and quality, highlighting its commitment to caring for both the skin and the environment.
Sustainability Approach

To optimize the sustainability of the AKÁ Skincare Experience Center design, we used several key approaches. 1. We used recycled and reused materials for construction and furnishings, minimizing the use of virgin resources. For example, bathroom tiles were made from recycled glass and handcrafted by our staff, and all ceiling and drywall were redesigned and reused from previous carpentry * Using RGBWW LED lighting is already energy efficient, but we integrated motion sensors and a smart control console to reduce energy consumption by illuminating only the areas in use for each activity. We also replaced analog photography lighting with new RGBWW LED DMX-controlled fixtures to both reduce consumption and achieve a photographic style that is consistent with the room.
