Entry DescriptionWe decided to go for a lounge with orangy ambient lighting, envision a cozy, inviting atmosphere that balances warmth and elegance, designed by one of the brightest Interior Designer in Indonesia, Kezia Karin from Kezia Karin Studio.
The primary color is a soft, warm orange to create a harmonious and relaxing environment.
We use dimmable LED fixtures that can adjust the intensity of the lighting based on the time of day and mood.
Incorporate warm orangy light for a balanced mix and enhancing the overall warmth.
We add linear lights on the all wood ceiling to make layers, under furniture, along shelves, or around architectural features, glowing softly in an orange hue to create visual interest and depth.
Sustainability ApproachWe utilize LED lighting throughout the lounge. LEDs consume significantly less energy compared to traditional bulbs and have a longer lifespan, reducing both energy costs and waste.
Incorporate dimmable switches and smart lighting controls that allow users to adjust brightness according to their needs. This flexibility helps reduce energy consumption during quieter times.
We maximized the natural light using the skylight. This reduces reliance on artificial lighting during the day, creating a bright, airy atmosphere while lowering energy usage.
