Entry Description

Ethereal architecture is beautifully highlighted by carefully integrated lighting at this Las Vegas restaurant. The lighting designer worked closely with the architects and artists involved in this project to create a space that is visually stunning and well-suited for an intimate dining experience. When guests walk into the space, they are greeted by stylized marquee lighting and dramatic accent lighting hitting velvet drapes, setting the stage for what’s to come. Walking down the entry corridor, guests will be drawn to carved concrete art, softly illuminated with a linear uplight. Entering the bar, guests’ eyes are drawn to a chandelier of suspended metal beads. The lighting designer concealed adjustable accent lights within the shelves and millwork of the back bar to highlight the installation. Within the bead sculpture, clear bulbs were selected for their warmth and sparkle, and their ability to blend in. The surrounding ceiling was left dark to keep emphasis on the important visual elements. Guests will be speechless upon walking into the main dining room as a second grander display of art and light is revealed, with thousands of suspended bead chains in copper, bronze and silver creating the feeling of a cathedral ceiling. The warmth of the beads in contrast with the cooler dark finishes throughout the space creates a highend feel and special dining experience for guests.
