Entry Description

The Lotus pendant embodies the movement and flow of light, lapping at any surface in its space. Imitating the rise and fall of waves, it floats majestically in the air. The soft exterior exudes comfort and tenderness but doesn't fall into the background with its dimensional light.
The organic nature of the Lotus features a fluid silhouette, evocative of natural forms. The Lotus emits a soft glow, simultaneously etching out the skeleton within its curvature. The wire frame consists of semi-circles meticulously welded together to form a continuous structure. This process creates a rippled form that is then encapsulated by a synthetic stretchable fabric, giving the design a dynamic appearance.
Flex LEDs float within The Lotus, radiating a calming presence with an ambient glow. The silicone Flex LEDs are moulded into a unique shape during each installation, meaning no two lights will look the same. The length of the tubing can be amended to increase or decrease light output and suit the needs of each space. The Flex LEDs featured in the Lotus are incredibly versatile with the strip available in any Kelvin colour, including the option of RGB and with any dimming protocol.
The Lotus can create a visually engaging lighting environment while maintaining a level of light. Its cyclical nature allows you to experience a 360-degree view.
Sustainability Approach

Regarding sustainability, the Lotus pendant features LED Flex technology that is highly efficient and significantly reduces waste. With a lifespan stretching thousands of hours the LEDs within the Lotus can last much longer, reducing the need for frequent replacement. Additionally, Flex LEDs require minimal maintenance and hence reduce the amount of waste from ongoing upkeep. The LED’s within the Lotus is also energy-efficient, drawing less power to create the same amount of light, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions and lowers energy costs. The Lotus elevates a form of illumination that draws upon the natural light and brings it into a space through a euphoric flow state. By illuminating the indoors to mirror the surrounding outdoor areas, the need for additional lighting sources can be reduced, which will help save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
