Entry DescriptionLonghui 1910 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park is the predecessor of“Beijing LONGHUI Winery”, which was founded in 1910. Residents, tenants, visitors have been blessed with a new creative park environment.
In the lighting planning, we are considering the basic lights and varying lights. The basic lighting should meet the expression of roads, squares, passages, landscape greenery,and communal furnishings, communal industrial elements. The varying light refers to the rental of buildings with indoor space. The light on the exterior of the building is only used as a decorative expression, leave space for tenants to express themselves. Looking from afar adds a cultural style to the space,the close-up feels the exquisite texture brought by details.
Sustainability ApproachAll lighting fixtures used in the project are LED lights, the scene settings can be adjusted through a control system. The lighting adjustment system has not only reduced energy consumption, but also extended the lifespan of the lights, which will largely reduce the frequency for replacement and maintenance.The improved lighting has also made the park a more popular activity venue for young people, bringing new vitality to this old plant.
