Entry DescriptionAt 250 meters high, the wait finally ended for that antenna hidden in the emblematic building with the highest elevation along de most important avenue in the modern part of Puebla City, Mexico: Vía Atlixcáyotl.
After several months of design and meticulous strategic planning, defined the light patterns that began to be appreciated on that memorable night when Inxignia Tower Antenna lit up. Clouds glided at the base of the antenna, which gradually drew closer to the stars up to 268 meters above the finished ground level.
A careful and secure installation, powered with 220V, allowed those POI beasts to be installed, even in the midst of strong winds. Each one of them opened their compass, allowing the lumens to flow and adjusting their hypotenuse with precision to merge seamlessly with the structure and every facet of the antenna, achieving a flawless convergence at the tip.
Thus, the four sections of the structure were surrounded in a dance of scenes generated by the powerful SGM projectors. A fifth element was placed in the center of the antenna; with its strobes, culminates the signal of life life for this structure, emitting a concentrated beam of light that generates the heartbeat of the only illuminated antenna in the centenary and historic city of Puebla, Mexico. Its lighting design invites passerby on Atlixcáyotl to become curious spectators of its color.
Sustainability ApproachThe selection of these devices was not only based on the power of their luminous output. An important aspect that was considered was the refitting percentage, and the energy savings, the efficiency of the selected LED equipment.
But also on their angle control and protection rating, as well as their real-time programming, communication, and maintenance interface.
