Entry Description

The cube on the facade of Chicago Central House is the first permanent media sculpture in Europe.
The underlying concept is the idea that building materials have evolved from more traditional materials to digital.
The sculpture is a cube 5*5 m in size, placed in a glass shell.
Within an hour, 6 types of content are broadcast on a cube. Five of them show shape in the textures of wood, stone, concrete, glass and metal. The sixth digitally generates a form based on the available Big Data - data on weather, city traffic, air travel..
