Entry Description

The 3,200 SM space accommodates 100 team members supported by a variety of amenity spaces, engaging furniture setup and flexible spaces. The design celebrates creativity by providing an environment that fosters and facilitates innovation, experimentation, and dialogue among the talented and bright minds of Majid Al Futtaim.
The Innovation Hub was designed to address three (3) core influences: Curiosity, Connectivity & Creativity that begins with a clean and tech savvy entry foyer space that sets the tone for a clean and contemporary “tech vibe”. Just off the foyer visitors are led through a wood “Media Canyon” that represents a physical realization of the core influences and serves as a design catalyst of the Innovation Hub.
The HUB incorporates flowing open spaces all unique but complimentary. They are comfortable to navigate and meant to generate an inviting need to explore without approval or reservation.Staff working daily in the HUB spend their days within a collaborative functional spaces that is balanced with workshop rooms distributed throughout the HUB interlaced with open large open plan workstations, sitting areas,a dining space that all take advantage of daylight.
