Entry Description

Classical architecture lighting is accomplished with the help of simplest means. Our final target was to completely integrate illuminating equipment into the facade considering the fact that the building of the philharmonic is an architectural landmark, that’s why it was absolutely necessary to implement the project responsively. The images produced by the light give an opportunity to hear echoes of immortal classical music pieces. It is the balance, i.e. optimized amount of light sources, that forms perfect composition, in which every single lighting element is not chaotically installed, it is in its own place.
Five huge windows are turned into media installations of light screens. It becomes a real stage performance when in every window a musician’s image is seen: the musician is playing a magic tune. All of them are moving gently, playing a musical piece. It also creates additional eloquent senses, firing imagination,thus,contributing into making the project more musical and poetic.
