Entry Description

Cascading golden rings, suspended in space, provide a dynamic yet refined centerpiece celebrating the volume of this elegant contemporary lobby. The expansive travertine finishes are enhanced by wallwashers, while direct linear lighting articulates the textural relief of the battened features and provides intuitive wayfinding to the lift lobbies. A layer of low-level lighting brings a human scale to seating zones in the lobby and café areas.

In keeping with the client's desire for a high standard of finishes, the large bespoke rings provide an exalted statement of refinement, arranged to celebrate the volume and elegance of the lobby space.

Wallwashing, to the vast vertical surfaces, enhance the Roman travertine and provides an understated backdrop to the suspended feature, and minimising the appearance of gloom. A prominent feature on the stone wall behind the concierge is the "201" negative rebate, backlit by concealed linear LED.
