Entry Description

"Delilah" is my interpretation of the classic supper club; a private and exclusive dining experience in a space that is versatile and organic in building social energy throughout the night. Remodeling an existing venue, our first task was to turn the wide, box shaped floor plan into separate spaces of the room, and subsequently define those spaces with specific architectural design and detail. These areas include the bar, banquette seating, fireplace seating, free standing living room style furniture in the center, and the private dining room. 
The result: a modernist interpretation of a classic art deco space. High finishes and textures such as wood veneers, polished stone, rich fabrics and colors complement the architectural shapes and layers, resulting in an opulent and engaging space that is impossible to ignore. The ever charged, socially energized atmosphere during operation hours is evidence of the space’s impact.
